📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders may take longer to process during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays. Please allow additional time for handling and shipping during these times.


🌍 Shipping Times & Delivery

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Our products are fulfilled directly from our international warehouses to offer you the best prices.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 5–35 business days

These are average estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs.


📮 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking information to update.

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages with different tracking numbers.


🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

DS Dreams is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may be applied by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


🚚 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

📬 Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, delays can occur due to customs, weather, or postal service disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 40 business days, please contact us at respawnds1@gmail.com so we can investigate.


📥 Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failed delivery attempt, we can offer:

  • A reshipment (shipping cost may apply), or

  • A refund minus original shipping and handling costs
